Peace of Mind Guarantee and Return Policy

100-Day Selling Trial

You must keep and attempt to sell the NFC cards for at least 100 calendar days after delivery.

After completing the 100-day trial, you may return eligible unsold cards. Return requests must be submitted between Day 101 and Day 200 after delivery.

Refund Amount

You will receive $18 for each eligible card returned and accepted.

Example: If you return three eligible cards, your refund will be:

3 cards × $18 = $54

The remaining portion of the purchase price covers shipping, handling, training, course access, digital materials, and other nonrefundable package costs.

Return Condition

Returned cards must be:

• Unsold and owned by the original purchaser

• In like-new, resalable condition

• Clean, functional, and capable of being reset or reprogrammed

• Free from damage, excessive wear, permanent branding, writing, stickers, or alterations

Sold, transferred, lost, damaged, customized, or retained cards are not refundable.

Nonrefundable Costs

Shipping, handling, return shipping, course access, training, digital materials, and completed services are nonrefundable.

Requesting a Return

Email info@jguardsfinance.com between Day 101 and Day 200 with your name, order number, number of cards being returned, and reason for the return.

Do not ship products until you receive return authorization and instructions.

The customer is responsible for return shipping and should use protective packaging with tracking. Refunds are issued after the returned cards are received, inspected, and approved.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to qualifying NFC sales packages purchased from J. Guards Finance LLC.

Package Contents

Your package may include physical NFC cards, online courses, sales training, digital materials, shipping, and other items described at checkout.

Course Access

Your purchase includes 60 consecutive days of online course access beginning when your access credentials are issued. This includes NFC sales training valued at $30.

Course access is personal, nontransferable, and may not be shared or resold. Failure to use or complete the training does not extend the access period.

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for how you market, price, and sell the products. J. Guards Finance LLC does not guarantee sales, income, business success, or recovery of your purchase price.

Results depend on your effort, market, pricing, sales ability, expenses, and other factors outside our control.

Intellectual Property

Training videos, written materials, templates, and digital resources remain the property of J. Guards Finance LLC. They may not be copied, distributed, resold, recorded, or shared without written permission.

Payments and Returns

Payment is due at purchase. Returns and refunds are governed by the separate J. Guards Finance LLC Return Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Utah law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
